Promotion valid Friday, December 19, 2025, beginning at 3:00 PM, while supplies last. Limit one (1) live Christmas tree per family. Trees are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Tree type and size are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
By accepting a complimentary Christmas tree, the recipient expressly acknowledges and agrees that H-Town Christmas Village, its owners, organizers, affiliates, volunteers, contractors, and representatives assume no responsibility or liability for transportation, handling, securing, installation, maintenance, or disposal of the tree.
Any assistance provided by staff or volunteers is offered solely as a courtesy and does not constitute acceptance of responsibility or liability. The recipient assumes all risks, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or loss occurring during or after loading, transportation, or use of the tree.
By accepting the tree, the recipient releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless H-Town Christmas Village and all related parties from any and all claims arising directly or indirectly from participation in this promotion or from possession or use of the tree.
